Some critics really annoy me (http://www.gamepro.com/microsoft/xbox360/games/reviews/142649.shtml). This guy barely even describes the game. In short, he says Tetris Splash is "one of the worst Tetris remakes yet released." Someone should mail him a copy of Hatris.

"The gameplay should be familiar to just about anyone - various shaped falling tetrominos fall down the gameboard, and you must rotate each block so that they form a single horizontal line across the board to score and remove the line."

i'm not reading any further.

and i wouldn't like modern tetris games either if i played to make singles.

From what awfully little substance this review has, I've managed to identify only three points: infinite rotation is bad, bad music, not innovative. Infinite rotation is only useful in single player marathon. In 40 lines, it's useless, and in multiplayer it doesn't exist. I don't even see this as a solid complaint since "infinite rotation" has been present in all Tetris games for years. Background music: you can turn it off. Innovation: it's Tetris, dude. The beauty of this game is it's replay value and addictiveness. Of course, you probably didn't play the game enough to see the real innovations anyway. This version includes fast DAS, IRS, IHS, and fast gameplay to boot (see http://www.tetrisconcept.com/wiki/index ... e=Glossary (http://www.tetrisconcept.net/forum/../wiki/index.php?title=Glossary)). These features are very rarely seen in western Tetris implementations. Great gameplay for only ten dollars? I'm afraid you've made a mistake, sir. This game is excellent.
