Here's (http://djmp.org/statik/game/TexmasterMusic.zip) a music pack for Texmaster, another TGM clone. I recall mp3s being compatible with Heboris UE, but setting them up is apparently a weird process.

Afraid not. The only "music" I use is that silent track that m uploaded a while ago. (I don't like music when playing Tetris, except for Troika)

It might be a really big inconvenience for many people to post whole packs of BGM (copyright, large files, incomplete sets, etc.). There were some custom packs posted awhile back but I think they're all dead or taken down. Maybe the original creators will put them back up. You also have to take into consideration that Heboris is not as popular as it was awhile ago, so finding all these custom stuff will be really unlikely. Since the music is customizable, most people just pop in their own music and I'd suggest for you to do the same. If you need help with the filenames or anything, just ask.

My CD that came with a bunch of TGM stuff had some songs from TGM1-3. I just assigned Master/Devil music to my liking:

Master 0-499: TAP Master 0-499
Master 500-699: TGM1 0-499
Master 700-999 / Devil 0-499: TGM1 500-999
Devil 500-699: TGM3 Shirase 1000-1300
Devil 700-999: TGM3 Master 700-999 / Shirase 0-499
Devil 1000-1300: TAP Master 900-999 / Death 500-999
