Use the default Heboris Unofficial Expansion settings.
Go to option in the Heboris U.E. main menu and turn debug mode on.
Then start a DOOM game and choose your starting level.

You can have a position for each rotation system in this leaderboard. The handicaps change every time someone posts a score. The more people post, the more accurate the handicaps should be.
Unless anyone has objections, in the event of a tie in rating the most recently posted score will be higher on the board. This should give motivation to the other player to improve :)
