and the possibility to adapt a standart restritor..I don't want you to tell me "don't buy this shit!, choose instead the Hori Arcade virtua pro XG 2078 zeta truc chti for 150 euros..

The one I pointed, I can get it for 74 euros in a shop close to my home, but if you want to destroy this stick on this thread, please give me serious argument, in considering that I am not rich.

I am a shit in informatic, but I have good mechanical abilities, remember two things, I have a engineering mechanical diploma, and I already opened my current stick to fix the button and the restrictors more time than everybody else here I think..
so if I can get the good advices here to find the good parts, I can make the mechanicals improvements by myself.

I just want a restrictor, for the rest I really don't care ! I am sure the quality of the buttons is already much better than mine..

Then why didn't you follow this advice (http://www.tetrisconcept.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1344&p=30060#p30060) I gave you? It's the complete DIY solution to an arcade joystick. You get the housing, the spare parts, and a USB gamepad PCB, and solder everything together. I'm sorry if I offended you by underestimating your technical abilities, but you don't exactly show off your DIY prowess in here. If I had an engineering diploma I'd probably have constructed an entire joystick with housing from scratch.

Amnesia, I will be serious with you for: The stick you linked is "ok" but it is not a real arcade stick. It is probably the best stick without real arcade parts you can buy, because you can directly replace the parts with real parts without any complicated modifications. So I give you 2 options, and I insist you pick one of these:

1) Buy the cheaper SF4 stick you linked, and buy some real arcade parts to put inside. At least get a real joystick... The buttons are good enough for Tetris. This will be more work than option 2) but it will save you a few Euros.

2) It's just a few Euro more so I suggest that you buy the greatest stick ever sold to consumers:

c_t, I am still not in a real job currently, I get a paid of 900$/months and you can remove 60% of this paid to pay my rent and tube card..
So..I can wait 3 month to get a "real" pay and be able to easily afford a joystick at 150$ if necessary..
But I have the answer, it would be stupid to buy the one at 75$ if it is an incomplete tool..I don't want to spend my life for searching parts and customizing my stick..The one I have today can resist few months..
Just keep in mind that I am not a joystick expert, if I have to find and buy many additional parts that I don't know, that will be boring..

Compared to blink and his steelseries 7G, I certainly feel like Amnesia. http://www.tetrisconcept.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif At least my keyboard hasn't needed any maintenance since I first bought it months ago. I'd probably just toss it away and get a new one when it wears out as it's so cheap. I do want to try out a gaming quality keyboard some day though to see how much better it is.

I recommend the Razer Arctosa. Reasonably priced and the keys feel fast, responsive, and overall great. I've had it for a week, and it's easily the best I've ever used.

Don't get excited people..I never afirmed that I was about to switch on keyboard, I still prefer the tool for real man which is the joystick !! but that was to make understand people that being familiar with the reference of additional parts could be boring when you just want to play and nothing more..
I consider myself as the good example to proof that it is not the material which make a player stronger than others..I just remind that except the 2 players who have the real system, I am the only one who has the TAP M rank, with the most shitty stick here..But as c_t says, if a new good stick can boost my skill, I am interested..

Maybe if I want to change things up, I could move my hands to a different spot. It gets boring playing with the same configuration all the time. And you never know when a key would get busted while you're playing. I wouldn't have to disrupt my session to go and buy a new keyboard. The macros are nice as well. I could set all the actions I would ever need to lower my KPT down to like 1. And if a second player ever wanted to join, I could just scoot over a bit and let them play on that other corner of the keyboard. 2 birds with 1 stone man.

Familiar macros from Lockjaw (Allegro version), such as "far left" and "far right" and "rotate twice" and "sonic drop even in World mode". Preprogrammed zangis and synchros. Items, and selecting a player to target. Buttons to switch between ARS and SRS rotation. Control scheme that does what Typomino tries to do.

Recently I visited the place of the video games shops in Paris (place de la republique), I found 3 models of the hori arcade fighting stick tournament edition, at the following price :
300, 400 and 470 euros..Ofcourse it is insane, so I realised that paying 140 euros for a good model would not be that terrible..

j'ai acheté ce stick en arrivant au japon, principalement pour pouvoir jouer en double. Mais j'en ai aucune utilité...
par contre si tu sais te servir d'un fer a souder va falloir utiliser un peu d'huile de coude et acheter ceci (http://www.xgaming.com/byoarcade.shtml).
C'est ce que j'utilise sur mon stick pour switcher de la jamma au PC. Cet accessoire USB est detecté comme un clavier, donc pas de problème de lag, et t'es pas obliger de te farcir windaube. tu peux meme remaper les touches et jouer a toutes les merdes en flash qui traine sur le net.
tiens ca me fait penser que sur la photo on voit l'arcade systeme que j'utilise, mais en fait j'en ai 2. Un au japon et l'autre en France. du coup je devrais peut etre le refourguer ou a voir si quelqu'un est interessé...

par contre le stick attention c'est du lourd hein, c'est tout metal, avec un stick Seimitsu( mais tu peux changer biensur). tu peux le balancer contre le mur il va pas broncher.... rien a voir avec ton truc de tapette là.

Also take your time to look for a good stick now that you have time. It seems that quality sticks are harder to find for reasonable prices since Street Fighter IV was released. Btw I got a HRAP3 with extra Sanwa buttons from Japan last summer for about €120.

That's seems like a Tournament Edition (= good !) rather than a standard Fighting Stick (= not so good), so I think yes !

Any PS3 gamepad/stick/whatever will work on a PC (my VSHG is for PS3).

Yes, the PS3 edition works just fine on PC. The Xbox 360 version might require you to download drivers in some cases. So no problems there.

€1 is indeed around $1,45 so $129.99 is about €90. Free shipping is only for U.S. so you will probably have to pay a little more to get it to France. But like already mentioned this stick is worth every penny. Go for it!
