    If it doesn't take an editor to get the secret > grade in TGM, it doesn't take an editor to get the layout for this T-spin track. I'm guessing whoever made this video may have used some sort of digital graph paper (such as any NES/GB/GBA map editor) to plot out an action plan, referring to the SRS tables, and executed it on TDS. Compare these pictures.
