In response to this post Hm, I think its the fact that I have the TGM sound effects and the TGM3 music. I get more pumped when I am playing Heboris, and usually play much better. Don't know why.
Maybe like me you ignore it, it took me a while before realising that you can put the TGM sounds and musics on texmaster..
Its not only the music, Heboris looks like TGM games. Now if I could make Heboris have the exact grading system as texmaster did, it would be amazing. Too bad Mushroom gave up (at least I think he did)
oops, I realized I had a typo in my last post. I have the TGM1 song for the first song, and then TGM2 for the rest. I need TGM3.
Obviously, if you own the game, you have fair use rights to record the sounds and music and use them for your personal purposes, as long as you don't redistribute them.
So does everyone else. sjoecool1991: Where can I get a good deal on TGM PCBs? Does TGM's service mode have a music test mode like most of Nintendo's Tetris games do? I'm thinking of splitting this, if not...
TGM and TAP do - you can listen to everything, but in TI only several tunes are available in the sound test.
Correction, only 1 song (the attract mode music) and 3 piece sound effects can be played from Ti's sound test.
From reading old threads, no, not in ACE. Pausing the game stops the music. Which is unfortunate, 'cuz I love the song used in this video and in Ti's slow 20G.
Minor correction: Pausing mutes the music (but it does keep going). I know way too much about the music ripability of ACE and Ti.
I meant that I need TGM3 music, not the game itself. Also, the TGM3 PCB and Type X costs between 1400-1500$.
