Folks, Here's an extremely simple little (synchronized) tune to play around with using LockJaw's "Rhythm" (20G) speed curve. Readme -> http://tang.cmoo.com/~snor/weeds/Weeds_ ... hm_20G.txt ZIP -> http://tang.cmoo.com/~snor/weeds/Weeds_ ... hm_20G.zip
nice work Rich, makes me want to play fast this would work well in 180 seconds, so you could get a feel for how much time you have by how fast the music is going, that way you don't have to look up at the clock. edit: come to think of it lj makes the doorbell sound when you pass each minute. oh well, i still like it.
Glad ya liked it - Gets quite monotonious (sic?) after a while though <G>. Actually, the song wouldn't be useful for keeping track of time in minutes. The starting tempo of the song is 120 BPM for 64 beats ('twould have to be 60 beats in order to have a duration of 1 minute). Also, the tempo changes increase by 20 BPM, so the duration of any given pattern won't round to 60 seconds: LockJaw Section Level Number / Song Beats Per Minute 60 / 120 70 / 140 80 / 160 90 / 180 100 / 200 110 / 220 120 / 240 I never heard that one before, doesn't seem to work on my PC (?), would be quite cool though -
Folks, Here's another: Readme -> http://tang.cmoo.com/~snor/weeds/Weeds_ ... hm_20G.txt ZIP -> http://tang.cmoo.com/~snor/weeds/Weeds_ ... hm_20G.zip This one is more of a "real" song than the previous one <G>, one of my older Tracker tunes (TechFunk.xm) modified for use with the "Rhythm" (20G) speed curve - Same as before, each section of the song should sync for 64 beats to the "Rhythm" speed curve.
