(Sorry if there is already a subject like that, I haven't seen it, and sorry for my english that isn't very good) I wonder if there is a site with records on Tetris DX (Game boy color). I have much played on it, espacially on the mode "40 lines". Do someone know a such site. And if it's not the case, can the best players give their records on this version of tetris ?
Maybe you are Warlike? If no, I know a very VERY strong player named Warlike and this guy is a specialist in the "40 lines" mode, he can finish it in 1min08..On the net the best score is around 1min30..I do it in 1min35.. You can find warlike on this : http://www.arcadehits.net/
1min08 Is it really possible ? I think I did 1m26 (not sure, and my game seems to have a problem, so I can't verify ). Even by trying during some years, I couldn't succeed to do 1min08...
I had have some difficulty to believe it and the only proof I obtained by warlike is a screenshot at 1min16..If it's real, maybe he is the best player of belgium..
Super Game Boy clock runs 1.2 times the Super NES master clock (that is, 4295455 Hz), as opposed to the GB, GBC, and GBA, which run at 4194304 Hz. This is a 2.4 percent speedup of game time vs. wall time.
i have tetris dx but unforunantly my little sister destryed our gameboys that could play it... P.S i love enders game
It would make records not directly comparable for SGB users and handheld users. If the records are measured in wall time, then it might be slightly easier for SGB users because they can squeeze more actions into the same minute. If the records are measured in game time, then it might be slightly harder for SGB users because they don't have as long to react. But then SGB does appear to introduce a frame delay between when the Game Boy generates the graphics and when the Super NES picks them up.
