He's got a Canon 5D Mk. II for a while for recording music school auditions, I believe that's the camera used for the hand video.
This video was from a 5D, but videos after this month will be shot on a Canon T2i which is essentially a 7D when used for video.
That looks really nice! I've got to wonder, though, why you went with a widescreen aspect ratio for a TAP+ video. Your hands are bigger than the actual playfield.
I did a similar video a while back. Also just a test, haven't gotten round to properly sitting down to record a decent run.
