I made that swap with no sort of tetlag either.
Taking the speed down a notch would be like death mode, which has the I rotation crud. I can still get S2 with Ti-SRS and S1 with T-ARS.
I find it odd people can't play on both. I can swap between both with no sort of tetlag.
It just kicks the player. I know from experience. Well, at least most servers kick; some of them may just shift the ARE or DAS.
